Serving size
Each serving contains 1260mg of 98.65%pure mag LT, 22mg of ginger root 20:1 with 10% gingerols and 22mg of Bioperine (total serving weight 1304mg)
We recommend taking one capsule in the morning and another 30mins to 1hr before sleep. We suggest taking with a large glass of water to avoid stomach upset.
